What happens today
Browsing and palette exploration do not upload personal photos. Account, contact and quote forms send the entered fields to this application for validation when you press submit. In this foundation release those submissions are not saved to a customer database and no email is sent. Form values remain in the current browser page while it stays open; they are not intentionally stored in local storage.
Photos and AI processing — not yet enabled
Photo upload, storage, automatic floor detection and AI image editing are currently unavailable. No customer photo is sent to an image-generation provider by this release. Provider selection, retention terms and the final privacy notice must be reviewed before these features are enabled.
Planned private photo workflow
The intended connected service will require a verified account and explicit processing consent. It will validate and normalize JPEG, PNG or WebP images, remove EXIF location metadata and store source photos, approved masks and generated floor concepts privately. Only visible floor pixels will be composited into the original normalized photo. This describes planned behavior, not a currently operating upload pipeline.
Planned quotes and image sharing
A connected quote request will explicitly share its linked project images with The Resin Atelier for preparing a quote. Separate retention for submitted business records must be configured and disclosed before launch. Unsubmitted projects must not be exposed in a sales gallery or used in marketing.
Accounts, deletion and marketing
Secure verified accounts and private-project deletion are planned but not yet active. Marketing consent is optional and separate from an enquiry, booking or signup. The website does not automatically subscribe visitors to a mailing list.
Hosting and measurement
The hosting platform may process basic request and security logs under its own policies. This application does not currently send funnel events to an external analytics service. Future funnel measurement must not include names, emails, image URLs or access tokens. Public visual assets are served with the site; playback of the supplied video is initiated by the visitor.
Owner review and contact
The owner must supply the legal business identity, privacy contact, retention periods and approved provider disclosures before launch. We do not promise image-provider privacy or retention terms that have not been verified.
